What information do I need to make a reservation?
- In order to make a reservation on-line or over the phone you will need to know the following:
- The date and location of where you wish to travel.
- The names as they appear on the passenger's travel documents as required for your destination.
- The mailing address where we will send our invoice and/or tickets.
- A valid major credit card.
- We can also accommodate walk-in reservations during the week from 9am to 5:30pm (EST) at our office in Toronto. Walk-in reservations can be paid by cash, certified cheque or money order.
Is there a membership fee or any other costs for my trip?
- Unlike many other travel agencies, SellOffVacations.com does not charge a membership fee for travel services. You can book on-line, anytime, as often as you like.
- The prices that you see on the website in step 4 are confirmed with the product supplier and reflect all charges except local airport departure taxes, which are paid at the time of departure from that airport. Our agent will advise if there are departure fees for your trip. Gratuities, souvenirs and other costs are not included in the price unless specified by the supplier.
Where can I learn more about a specific hotel?
- To get the description of a hotel on our site you can click on the name when it appears in red on step 2. This will bring you to a page with pictures and details about the hotel, room descriptions and what is or is not included in the package.
- If you would like to see feedback from other passengers about a hotel or destination, you can click on “Vacation Stories” on our website, this will bring you to our database of reviews and critiques form past travelers.
When will the prices go down?
- There is no sure way to say when or even if the rates will go down. Usually the closer you get to the departure date, the more likely the prices are to go down.
- However this is not always the case, prices can also increase.
- The best advice would be to book when the price is right for you and there is still enough space available.
Can I get the cheaper price after I book?
- Once the booking has been made, it is 100% non-refundable and 100% non-changeable as per the suppliers booking conditions that you are instructed to review before booking.
- If the rate does go down we can not refund the difference just as if the price goes up we would not ask you to pay the increased fare.
